Terms Of Service for Notary Public Services

Introduction These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of notary services ("Services") provided by [Central Florida Mobile Notary & Signing, LLC] ("Notary," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you" or "your"). By accessing or using our notary services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Notary Services: Our notary services include but are not limited to:

• Verifying the identity of individuals
• Administering oaths and affirmations
• Witnessing signatures on documents
• Certifying copies of documents
• Acknowledging signatures on documents

We do not offer legal advice, draft documents, or provide any services outside of notary functions as permitted by law.

2. Appointment and Scheduling: Appointments for notary services must be scheduled (at least an hour) in advance. Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via [phone, email, or website]. You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the documents to be notarized and the identities of all parties involved.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Must present valid identification (such as a government-issued ID, passport, or other acceptable forms of identification) when using our notary services.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the document is complete and does not contain blank spaces. The Notary is prohibited from notarizing incomplete documents.

• You must be of sound mind and not under duress or undue influence when requesting notarial services.

4. Notary Fees: Our fees for notary services are set according to the guidelines established by local, state, and federal regulations. Fees are provided upon request for service. Fees may vary depending on the type of service, location, or additional services requested (e.g., travel fees, after-hours services, etc.).

8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Notary, their employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from our notary services is limited to the amount paid for the notarial service in question. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Notary is commissioned. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within that jurisdiction.
